2. Account Registration and Security

  • To access most features of the platform, you must register for an account.

  • You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process.

  • You are entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and password. Any activity under your account will be your sole responsibility.

3. Services and Ordering

  • Our platform allows users to order items from various registered merchants and arranges for the delivery of those items.

  • All orders placed through the platform are subject to availability and acceptance by the respective merchant.

  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at any time for reasons including but not limited to product unavailability, errors in product description/pricing, or suspected fraudulent activity.

4. Pricing, Payments, and Wallet

  • All prices listed on the platform are determined by the merchants or the platform and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

  • Delivery fees, packaging charges, and platform service fees may apply and will be displayed before checkout.

  • Users can pay using supported online payment gateways, cash on delivery (where applicable), or platform Wallet credits.

  • Wallet refunds and loyalty points are non-transferable and subject to our internal policies.

5. Cancellations and Refunds

  • Orders can only be cancelled within a designated timeframe before the merchant starts processing them.

  • Refunds for cancelled or disrupted orders will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis and, if approved, credited back to the original payment source or user wallet within standard processing times.

6. User Conduct

You agree not to use the platform to:

  • Violate any local, national, or international laws.

  • Mislead, defraud, or impersonate other users, delivery personnel, or company staff.

  • Interfere with, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to our servers, databases, or security infrastructure.

7. Limitation of Liability

  • [MarketX] acts as a facilitator between users, third-party merchants, and delivery partners. We do not manufacture or prepare the products sold by merchants.

  • We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the quality, safety, or legality of items provided by merchants, or delays caused by third-party delivery personnel.

8. Intellectual Property

  • Unless otherwise stated, [MarketX] and/or its licensors own the intellectual property rights for all material, code, layout, graphics, and branding on the platform. All intellectual property rights are reserved.

9. Modifications to the Terms

  • We reserve the right to review and amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of the platform following any modifications constitutes your formal acceptance of the updated terms.

10. Governing Law

  • These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Ahmedabad.
